Can you grow year round, given the weather
Nothing more satisfying than growing your own food. Please keep these videos coming
Good day Gad and Asher, great video. Just humbly reminding you of the video on how to connect the gas cylinder outside of the kitchen. Thanks
Oppression feed yourself indeed. You’re right, I don’t understand why most Ghanaians don’t grow their own food for good health and save money? Too many concrete houses, and not enough care for nature which also makes the environment beautiful .
Yep I endorse the narrative of being self sustaining as much as possible. As a result I bout a3/4 acre plot to live on and farm. Wish me luck. I’m gonna need it. 👊🏾
Why have I been missing you guys videos? I thought that I elected to receive notifications for all your videos. Anyway, glad to see you guys again ❤ from the 🇺🇸
Good job. I liked that xx
Yes I totally agree with you on this one also there is no point building a home and you don't set aside some of the land to plant some food to offset some of yr cost, in the carried beyond they don't pave over everything they plant trees fruit trees and so on and they don't cut down the trees and then cry that the sun is too hot 😂
You could put all the trash of any left over plants in a barrel with water and let them rot down in the water then water yr crops/ plants but make sure that you will cover the barrel
Thanks so much for the work you review to the world, how do I get my seedlings
Hi I'm new here. I'm in the process of starting my organic homestead and the coconut husk is a great idea, thank you. I was wondering what to use for my paths.
Cassava and some lifestock like chicken for eggs and meat and you are good to go…The way things are going now it's definently a great idea
Yes the concrete in ghanaians it a problem that causes flooding in many areas because the rain water can not sink fast afer the rains
I agree with you on the tiling in Ghana they will be selling beautiful houses with no green space whatsoever everything is paved over I just don't understand it. It's a real turn off for me.
Hello. Ahers Why dont you water your vegetables the soil they are vety dry The in flooding area.
Hello everything looks great!..It's a blessing to learn how to be self sufficient!! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾Blessings
I'm with you, absolutely despise anything GMO. Living in the U.S., I read the labels of everything I buy. I ask questions a lot, and if it's not organic or Non-GMO I ain't buying it. A lot of people take it lightly. I think they will take it serious if they knew what GMO would do to them in the long run. Good job for what you're doing and shedding light on it
Well done to you both the farm is looking ABSOLUTELY AWESOME 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 I LOVE IT ❤
Consider growing ground nuts, beans and gungo peas for protein. The unoccupied land can be filled up with banana and plantain trees and the butternut squash and water melons, and melons can be planted in between the trees. Mushrooms are best grown in a cool sterile enclosure with good air flow and light though not direct sunlight. Very profitable I heard.
Its the best way to sustain ourselves unfortunately the youth dont want to be active in farming work. But want to live luxurious lifestyle without working towards it.
Ayekooo 👏🏾God bless all farmers 😘
This used to be people's default till they became too 'posh' to have food crops in their homes
Whoa!! Look at your garden. That's incredible. Great job you all. I am so proud of you all for your bravery and inspired by you perseverance. Bravo!!
😎Geeat job masta👍🏿 u make a hard work 🙌🏿☀️
WOW NICE.Look how fast your plants and food crops have grown.I see some Diaspora farms in other parts of Africa for many years and still their food crops like banana and Plantain are NOT HALF the SIZE of YOURS.Well done
Your garden is really full of crops. The plantains are big. Oh yes ugu very good for soup.. It's fluted pumpkin. I just like yams and potatoes. I started my ginger this week. All rooted and pitted today.
Listen to what this man just said. Keep some land for growing food and don't remove the green landscapes. Keeping a colorful landscape around a home always add value.
👍
Could you consider raised beds using planks of wood as they do in urban farming? It will save space and be organised. There are more advantages so research.
