A time lapse video of how to clean and clear an overgrown garden in London.I used a flymo hedge trimmer to get rid of the thick bushes and nettles.
The garden transformation and makeover of this overgrown back yard was carried out over two days. It included cutting bushes, hedge trimming and clearance of overgrown grass. There is now a part two uploaded on my channel. Clearing a garden 2020.

  1. That was very entertaining and interesting you guys sure know how to work hard! I hope you enjoyed a cold drink or two!

  2. It would be nice to have one's garden cleared up as fast in REAL time when paying by the hour!

  3. MY Garden used to be beautiful. At the start of the Pandemic for many reasons I won't go into here(not just because of the pandemic) I fell into a complete emotional and mental breakdown. I ended up on Class A drugs and lost almost everything and everyone. Im recovering now but my Garden certainly tells a story. Its an absolute Jungle and my favourite plant (My Honeysuckle vine) is now dying off on one side because a tree has sprung up and casts shadow over the vine.(they cant thrive in shade). I keep thinking to go and sort it but its such a mess and I am so heartbroken by looking at it that every time I go to make the effort I end up not doing it. I think perhaps i'm still depressed if not as badly. Watching this video is reminding me that If I just get started one action will lead to another and before I know it I will have my beautiful Garden back. Step by Step recovery is possible.

  4. Hi thank you for the video. Could you send a link to the Flymo please? I need to tackle my overgrown back garden and have been looking at strikers online but I'm worried about breaking it as I have some thick brambles and weeds to cut. Would a striker or hedge trimmer be best do you think for thick and very overgrown stuff? Thank you xx

  5. I have three neighbours all in a row who can't even find the end of their gardens. Their access includes. Opening the back door..stepping onto the back step then back again. And these are 100 foot gardens.
And don't even ask me about the fronts.😳
If it weren't for the fact our postman had watched all the Indianna Jones movies and trained himself up' they wouldn't get any mail.

  6. I've heard that approach called "BFI", brute force and ignorance. For the vegetation, mo-betta to use land-clearing power tools, and save your back, for one. Really reduces debris volume. Then go for bigger bags, or dumpsters. Hate to see someone bust his butt when it's avoidable.
