PONDLESS Stream & Waterfall (small backyard w/ stream fountain)

You don’t need a HUGE BACKYARD to be able to bring the sights and sounds of a serene waterfall and stream to your home. Today we show you how we install our small backyard waterfall kit with cascading boulder waterfalls and a small stream.

If you live in the Northern New Jersey area and are interested to see how much a new pond or pondless waterfall fountain installation might cost for your backyard, visit our website pricing page here:

  1. Usually when you hear "PONDLESS" Stream & Waterfall, you think of BORING because we all love ponds. But not when it's made by Atlantis Water Gardens. It's spectacular! Everything you guys do is a work of art. Most of the other crews come to install samples, you guys come to create a one of a kind each time. Never boring!

  2. I have a giant Sugar Pine tree in Tahoe I want to wrap water around to make it look like it's flowing from the behind to front and off down the slope side. Would I be starving the tree roots for water by adding base and pond liner over the roots? Or tree is well enough into the ground that it's getting ground water from every direction. Hard to call without a picture I'm guessing.

  3. You got me ,Jaak. I thought you were going to commit the cardinal sin of a volcano waterfall. You certainly pulled it off. Absolutely amazing!

  4. Always so well done! To copy it would be way too much at my age 85 but I am enjoying all of mine in a much smaller way and it does keep me busy enough alone. The Young Ones have no interest in this hobby and are so full of excuses so why even bother them.

  5. One thing I want to mention is I enjoy your vids but would like to see shots of the finished result that are static and not constantly moving and changing so we can properly take it all in. This is a problem with all pond builders vids in fact. I know it's standard to keep moving to 'keep the interest going' but this technique is getting rather tired these days

  6. I would have connected all features together, and one big water vault, one on upper level as well on lower level. Then both feeding them with natural rain and filtered ground water, with offcourse an overflow for the rainwater.

  7. Love the projects you guys do. Incredible stuff!!!
I like having a pond at the end of the stream. The gentle flow is my favorite.

  8. Love your work!! I see many of your projects are in Jersey. You guys come to RI at all? If not, do you have any recommendations on a company that does the work you do in RI?

  9. You guys build some of the most natural looking waterworks! I’ve done a pondless fountain/stream through a granite boulder where the reservoir was a Firepit (my then 6 year old sons idea, fire & water) FF to now and I want to do something on a smaller scale as this one in the video only with a fountain.
My property has a natural 6’ – 8’ fall from the front to the area I want the vault.
I’m in Michigan, any chance I can hire you to design something – at least then I know it’ll work…lol.

  10. Howdy from central Texas! You guys never seize to amaze me. From watching you guys, I was inspired to design and DYI a 110’ pondless stream with waterfall in 2020. It has brought us so much peace and endless compliments, since I built it across our front yard. Can’t miss it! 😉 you are now building me up to plan out a second water feature project. Backyard is jealous😀
