Ripple vs. SEC MAJOR UPDATE + NFTs Now Live on XRP Ledger!



Major update on the Ripple vs. SEC case as Ripple, the defendants finally managed to get their hands on the internal emails and drafts of former U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission official William Hinman. After examining the documents, Stuart Alderoty, general counsel at Ripple now says that it “was well worth the fight.” He added that Ripple now feels “even better” about its legal arguments in the case. At the same time, he says that he feels even worse about the case for now. The documents remain confidential for now due to the SEC’s request. Meanwhile, Ripple plans to control a sizable market share by 2027 as it pushes NFTs on its XRP Ledger.

    What's really interesting is that Ripple's legal team has former SEC employees and some SEC employees are leaving the organization during the lawsuit. This speaks volumes about the SEC. I think the SEC will lose this one.

    Sec will settle because when Republicans take the house they have already said there going after the sec to figure out what there doing. There spending millions on office space for sec and no ones working out of the offices

    This case was launched to block Ripple, which it has done. Now the SEC is handing in its chips as in Job Done. At the same time JP Morgan announces that it’s got its direct competitor to Ripple up and running with Swift and the banks. Coincidence?

    XRP’s future is bright. Ripple has been continuing to build and grow despite the SEC lawsuit.
    I’m curious to know what you think about SOLOGENIC. They’re building on the XRPL and will tokenize assets such as NASDAQ stocks across the globe allowing retail investors to buy and trade stocks much like they would with crypto.
