If you’ve seen our past few Hanoi videos, we’ve tried some Vietnamese food that we’ve never tried before. And in this video, we are also trying something very different. BUT it’s not Vietnamese food.

We didn’t expect this restaurant in Hanoi, Vietnam. Plus, we heard it has a Michelin Star Chef which makes it extra special. Let’s just say we were so impressed.

    This clip is full of pleasant surprises. One-of-a-kind culinary experiences that you can find in Hanoi. Hanoi has a lot to offer: street foods equally delicious as those you found in the restaurant you were showing in this clip. But it's two different levels of sensual culinary experiences.     MomDuty, I have work for you. Since you are a vegetarian, you are expected to show us yummy vegetarian restaurants in the USA. I have one on the list for you: Quantum Leap in NYC. This is the vegetarian restaurant where I worked for more than 15 years with so many endeared memories. One of my old friends named Caroline from Holland, I hope, is still working there. She is the sweetest lady on earth. Love you, Caroline.

    Joies de vivre ! You guys really enjoy life. Bravo 🎈 ! I am glad you have a great time in VIETNAM 🇻🇳. Whoever thinks communist is bad. I hope they open their eyes. The communist system of Vietnam is different from China and North Korea. In China, you don’t have YouTube, Google. In Vietnam you can have your own YouTube channel. You can google anytime. This one of the aspects is different and many more…. we can criticize the government, too. Many people don’t know about it. Anyway, just to let you know the reality.
