Thank you for sharing your knowledge!
You are my favorite vlogger . leca in plant😊 i almost transfer 80% of my plant into leca and i am happy
Awesome! Thank you.
Now I understand how you go about caring for your plants. Plant growing tents… Managing light, humidity an temperature 24 X 7… That is total dedication… I can't imagine doing all that. Wow.. That's another level. I congratulate you. Hats off to you.
My grandma used to have a room that was super hot and humid. It made you feel sick to go in LOL. She did all her seedlings and stuff in there. It was just shelves of hot grow lights, humidifiers, heat mats etc. I think it must've been around 35 degrees in there. She wouldn't ever bring me in long because I actually did get sick feeling from being too warm!
I don't have a special grow tent or room and I don't plan to as I enjoy seeinng my plants all the time but they do have corners and areas where they are displayed with lights etc. I have the little rH and temp guage by them to make sure they are warm and happy and i keep on a tiny fan so air flow continues and things dont get stagnant. It's about 20 degrees and it was 70 percent humidity all summer but now we are moving to winter (fall here is winter in most places at minus 4 or so outside) so the humidity has dropped to 60%. I will be supplementing that soon. The natural light here in summer starts around 4am and is still bright outside around 11pm but in another month it will be dark by 430pm and not bright out until 8am, so i have my lights all set to stay on about 12-14 hours a day. It not only works well for the plants but it's best for my mental health as well to not be sitting in darkness all the time!!!
I would NOT say I am an expert but I would say that I have had experience my whole life since my grandma at one point owned a greenhouse then she did a ton of landscape stuff. I always had plants around me. I keep fertilizer (food!), many different pots, many different decorative pots, different dirt and ammendments, tiny tools for indoor gardening, twine, velcro, scissors, etc all handy. I actually store most of these things in a dresser so they are out of sight until I need them! I keep 4 liter jugs of water with nutrients already mixed in at room temp so all i have to do is pour and water and I am not shocking anyone with straight from the tap or having to mix things each time i water (which would be daily because everyone is on their own schedule!). Not needing to place an order or run out and hope that a store has exactly what I need when I need it is definitely critical! The last thing you want is to find a plant has been full of pests or is rotting and have none of the things to do an emergency fix! Time is of the essence when it comes to ICU plants!!!
First of all, I like watching your videos. But I think instead of adapting the environment to the plants, it would be better to choose the plants according to the circumstances. I don't want to hide my plants in a tent, I want to have them around me and enjoy them. But to each his own. 😀
Another great and informative video….
I love this!!!! Your transparency is unique. It gives new hobbyist hope.
Thank you for sharing! This was an incredibly informative video. I've been eyeing the milsbo cabinets for a while now. I think maybe I'll treat myself to one this year 😄
That foliage spray comes like that ? With the spray pump
Totally Agree🎉. I fertilize in the winter because my plants still growing in the winter. My house is warm. I do not like being cold in my home. Love your video. Love your spirit. Happy Planting 🪴💚🙂
Thanks! Really great content. Love your tent. Seeing your setup more in depth is great. Love your Epipremnum Marble Queen. I’d love to see more on the Marble Queen… also do you have any Oxalis triangularis in LECA? I have one, want to transfer it into LECA, but don’t want it to die off.
Wow, thank you for this amazingly helpful video! I am delighted to find that I have a good handle of most of your top tips, and that I have a few new ideas from this video, too. Thank you!!!
Didn't know many of these. It's awesome that you shared your experience for people to know better ❤
