I’m happy to report my office golden pothos is thriving after a traumatic repotting a few weeks ago: this latest leaf is large with strong variegation. Compare it to the smaller ones from the same vine. I used a technique called wrap and pin, where you wrap the vine back into the pot and “pin” it to the soil (I didn’t actually have to secure the vine against the soil as it naturally stayed in the pot).
