Lazy Vegetable Garden | Unattended over a month! 😬

This is what happens when you only make time to visit your garden in over a month. My personal life has been so busy that I’ve had to hold back on my video making. Thank you for being patient with me. This is just a season that I will be a little MIA but it is DEFINITELY not permanent. Love you guys!

  1. I’m not a brave soul when it comes to cleaning the vine borer damage 🙈 I get all kinds of heebie jeebies… I consult help for that one critter damage. You’re so brave to pluck that squash out!!!

Where did you get your starts btw?

  2. Love your garden . looks so pretty, feel bad for the papaya , its one of the plants / tree I want and cant keep it alive where I live < I think is too big now to be moved but good luck .

  3. I love your food forest 🙂 The mustard greens are my favorite to grow as well. Always nice to see your smile. Thumbs up!

  4. welcome back! Love watching what grows in your garden (wish my fall garden would last a bit longer….just now getting freezing temps in 7b (NM). Are you waiting for the papaya fruit to fully mature before you cut it?

  5. DAISY…I was really beginning to worry about you but now that’s over because you’re BACK!!! No need to apologize for taking some time away for yourself. Next time though, let your boy know in a video or something 😂. Thanks for sharing and being so transparent in your garden because we all go through it as gardeners. Life definitely happens to us all but it’s sooooo good to see you fam! Be blessed and show your garden who’s in charge 😆.

  6. Have missed you. Always love to see your sweet smiling face. Such a joy. You have a lot of clean. Don’t envy you at all. If you’d plant half as much and space it further apart, you’d have better luck and your plants would love you for it. To much competition. Also a lot less work. Plants don’t like to be crowed. Will send you a new trap for you citrus after the first of the year. Get to work, no more goofing off lol. ❤️

  7. Hello Daisy! Despite the neglect, your garden is still rewarding you with awesome harvests. Fall is definitely a less fuss season. Thanks for sharing and great to see you back!

  8. Like you I have a long growing season, summers are the biggest challenge, lot more people during the covid discovered gardening , not sure if any were working mothers, its in my dna since childhood. youth today seem disconnected from niggard, best wishes for you and family..

  9. Thanks for sharing. I’m shocked at how big that papaya has gotten and how much of a jungle you got in your backyard. You can’t even tell half the stuff died last winter. You’ve gotten me to be ambitious in the garden as well. Good luck with that. Happy holidaisy!

  10. So glad you have good priorities… Don’t worry about pleasing us… Do what you know you should do… God bless you

  11. You are an inspiration! I think your garden still looks beautiful. Thanks for sharing 🌱😊 I always enjoy the videos you share!

  12. I don't know if you already chopped down your papaya down. I would suggest that you remove the dirt carefully from the raised bed then remove it. Have a papaya dinner party and invite friends to help you move it. I am sure they would love to help if you asked.
