Wahoo
Looking good Morgan. We love deep fried okra. Try two eggs one can of beer and add flour until you get the thickness you like. Batter the okra and fry ❤️✌️🙏
Good job Morgan.
After, the robins ate my s. Corn, I replanted. It’s up.
Never had okra. Canned over a 100 pints of green beans and dill beans
Made a few fresh pickles. Ate a couple of tomatoes
The okra looks good
Have a great day
Thanks. Yeah, the edible parts just sneak up on you so many times. My cherry tomatoes showed up yesterday after being hidden for the whole time. You have to ask yourself, were these even visible before this?
I like deep fried Okra but trying to avoid certain foods now I have stomach trouble. Either ulcer, gastritis or both
My sister had both with same symptoms
No fun.
Cut out the grease, sugar, less grains and starches is helping. Still need a gastroenterologist to see what is really going on and what else I can do.
I'm freezing tomatoes to can all at once. Mostly Romas. I forgot to plant cherry tomatoes but I have volunteer ones almost ready. Roast them, pack in olive oil and any herbs you like and lasts a long time in the fridge. Add to salads, tacos, whatever.
Never heard of Okra, had to go and google it 😞
The things you learn
The big ones, dry them out, split them and save the seeds.
Nice little harvest. Prep On T
HI Morgan love watching your vids what,s the books name, you were using for refrence in the video for the okra.
Oh, Lord, I love ocras!!
congrats
WOOHOO, congrats on the harvest! We looooove fried okra. I also like to make Bamia (Afghan okra stew) with it. It is heavy on the nightshade plants though, so those who need to avoid tomatoes and peppers might not enjoy it. I believe there's a version with potatoes as well, but haven't made that.
