    Interesting! Never fermented peppers before. I'll try it! I've got a rush crop of pablano and jalapenos going in ground this weekend.

    I follow chili chump's advice on a lot of my stuff. I'll freeze the first few pickings of my tabasco peppers and add them with fresh when doing my batch. The fresh should have enough bacteria for lacto fermentation (or you can put a piece of cabbage on top) but allows you to a single large batch. For those people without mason jar setups, his vacuum sealer method of fermentation is pretty neat and works great. Turns into a huge balloon by the end (just make sure to have enough extra bag so it wont pop when it inflates!).

    Alright, alright, allllright!!  I barely remember the recipe for "steeped corn" but I do remember my Paw Paw's recipe and he made it goood; sold a lot around Christmas :- }

    7 – 7- 7 ? Paw Paw's "steep corn" was more like near absolute proof needing a bit of chaser after "application".  Applications, as I remember was only on special occasions; he had a lot of special occasions as I remember! :-0  and weekends.

    Awesome video love me some hot sauce! Got me a serious question, do you ever run any of your fertilizer through your overhead sprinkler? Would like to use my injector but don't have my drip tape set up yet. Waiting for the winter garden to use the tape. Built me a little 15×7 King bird green house for the wife last night so she can start doing her own seedlings for the garden. I just didn't know if that 20-20-20 would burn up the plants if you sprayed it overhead on them. Thanks for the information.

    Travis I need to know if there is another place to buy red snapper seeds. Or as good variety to plant.
    One more thing watch millennial gardener the episode on a defogger. That is quiet a machine.
    I had the idea of making attachment to fit a leave blower.
    I just dont have the smarts to do that lol

    Do you have any issues with racoons or other critters digging around the plants you fertilize with the fish emulsion?? Any suggestions for an organic alternative, or a deterrent for the critters?
