  1. Funny, I can relate to SK2’s love of Chicken Nuggets! When I was a kid Mom’s version of exotic foods was to use Garlic powder in a recipe if Dad wasn’t going to be home for dinner! If Mom ever told me we were having Sunchokes (I honestly have no idea what they actually are!) for dinner….I’m pretty sure I’d of requested Chicken Nuggets too! Actually, I’m pretty sure Chicken Nuggets weren’t even a thing back then! Yup, I’m old! But I do recall the TV dinner, maybe that’s why I had TV dinners back then, I wonder what I might have missed out on? Probably not Sunchokes though! I hope they tasted as good as they can considering they definitely were fresh!
