  1. @sarahedgecumbe Hi Sarah, it needs a good 5-6 months of warm weather. Some people like to harvest their crop in one go, I prefer to leave it in the ground and just dig it up as I need… it seems to keep alright inground for 12 moths or so. You can also cut it up into 'meal size' chunks and freeze it. grate it whle it's still frozen because it will go mushy… cheers

  4. I don't get it – from your demo you plant a palm-sized chunk of ginger and get a palm-sized chunk of ginger 6 months later.. that's not much of a return for the effort..
