I'm in central Florida it's nice to find someone kinda near in Florida, my broccoli isn't heading yet,hope they will soon we got 90 degree weather the past two weeks lol

I love how you scrub your carrots!! I can never get the dirt out fully of my carrots!! And I end up peeling them too use them!! Not that I mind cause I like them better peeled!! But yeah the less dirt on your food the better!! I don't knkow how supermarkets clean their food to the point of immaculate presentation!! Cause buggered if I can do it!! LOL!!
I'm so glad to have found your channel. I'm new to Florida Zone 8b in North Florida. I was sad to realize that my timing is off about a month for seed starting and transplanting. I just direct sowed my sugar daddy peas, pole beans and cucumbers, so I'm hoping that I'll get some. I started my tomatoes, peppers and eggplant indoors 3 weeks ago. What are you getting ready to plant in your beds now? Did you direct sow your flowers into your beds or were they transplants? I'm so excited to follow (and earn from) your progress. Thank you for taking the time to make videos. It's difficult to hear you sometimes with the wind noise. Are there noise cancelling microphones for that?

Hi Faith, I’m so inspired by your garden! 😍 I have a question, we are in the panhandle of Fl and looking to buy some land, I would love to garden all year round, do you think it’s better to be close to the coast for warmer temps in the winter or further away from the coast for a less sandy soil? I’d appreciate your input ☺️
That Alkundus lettuce and carrots turned out great. I always miss out on growing that stuff. I'm in the Florida Panhandle hopefully I can follow your lead .
Lovely garden and arrangements. 👍 Beautiful harvest and garden lady. Really cute fur babies.🐕 Beans can fix nitrogen in the soil, but only benefit if you don't let them go to flower before cutting them down. When they go to flower and produce fruit the nitrogen is used by the plant…very little remains in the soil.
Your new beds are doing so well . Do you add any soil amendments besides compost ? Also , have you ever dealt with root knot nematodes? Two of my beds have them and I have been growing mustard and and marigolds in them , also added crab meal .
My wife and I love to eat the broccoli greens cooked like you would any other green . In stir fry’s or in a pot . We like to also mix them with the broccoli heads also . We are in South Georgia . You have a very nice garden . I love having something to harvest every month of the year .
Set you up a pot on your porch and you can grow the kale's and collards through the summer. I have a space that's shaded buy my house part of the day and I grew kale most of the summer until I just stopped harvesting and watering. That's what killed it not the summer heat.
