    I'm thinking about germination for spring next year and worried about the cost of running the lights but it shouldn't be an issue if I can find some low cost ones like that

    Great tip for those with electric.
    I have several powerbanks which I recharge via the car battery. I connect these to various lights with USB leads. I hope this makes sense but once you've initially bought the powerbanks & USB lights, there's virtually no cost because the powerbanks recharge whilst being charged up via the cigarette socket in the car.
