In the peak of summer (late June, around midsummer) I filmed a tour of my small urban balcony garden and the plants and flowers I am growing in containers. I hope this provides some inspiration for anyone growing flowers, vegetables and fruit on a balcony or in a small space in an urban environment!

What an inspiration! Love the variety of things you've tried and your enthusiasm for experimentation. FWIW, I have had good luck putting lantana in containers in my all-sun-all-the-time locations. Might work on your front balcony as long as you keep them reasonably hydrated. Can't wait to see an update from you!

Beautiful gardening space! I'm so inspired at what you've grown from seeds. I've ordered some of the same seeds this week; so your video gives me hope. Question, I've also bought some galvanized containers, did you drill holes in the bottom of yours? jc
