Good morning! I filmed this yesterday 8/6, it was just a beautiful morning and a gentle rain. The plants always show up so pretty without the harsh sun. The dahlia are really jumping out now, and I am just thrilled about it! Yesterday evening I spent an abnormally long period of time photographing them. haha! I am just too excited about them. And big news – greenhouse plans starting now! My husband Marc is an architect and will be doing a complete redesign and restructuring of our potting shed. I’m so happy to share this process with you, and I hope you’ll enjoy seeing it come together.
Dahlia along the fence line are a combo of Dinnerplate Cafe Au Lait, Cafe Au Lait Royal, Cafe Au Lait Rose, and Breakout. I purchased those from Eden Brothers online.
The beautiful glass bird was purchased from:

For myrtle, eugenia, boxwood and topiary care I recommend 2 great sources that have inspired me tremendously.

Do you cut your gaura back in the fall??
My fav ‘s are Crepe Murtle 🥰
I miss my dahlias, next year, love your page.
Garden looks lush and green…
Your garden is beautiful!
Love the foxglox
Oh what an awesome garden. You have worked so to make it beautiful. How do you get your dahlias to grow tall? I just love everything in your garden, especially the little buildings, they add so much charm.
New to your channel!!! Looking forward to learning your gardening style. My dahlias have stopped blooming…I'm new to all of this. 🙂 Any tips?
Wow, your garden is so beautiful!! I was surprised when my Playin the blues salvia came back this year, too! Then I looked it up online and saw that it's hardy to zone 7a, which is my zone, so I guess I shouldn't have been so surprised! What zone do you garden in? and what part of the country?
I am dealing with bagworms right now. They killed 9 of my neighbors aborvitae and they've targeted my garden. Sadly my neighbors had to call a tree service and had them removed the trees. They're terrible!
LOVE LOVE LOVE it all!! Looks so beautiful!!!
Beautiful! What state are you in?
I’m curious are the terra cotta pots on the dahlia stakes serving a purpose other than decoration?
Garden is Devine!!
What a beautiful tour this morning….peaceful way to start my day🌸🌺
I'm obsessed with your garden. You've done so much in such a short span of time, ot looks amazing.
Amazing garden
That birdhouse is so cute😊
Your garden is gorgeous! I really enjoyed taking a stroll through your garden. Thank you.
I just found your channel Love Love it, I also just followed you on instagram…so much inspiration 🙂
do you have problem with your foxglove falling over. Mine appear to be top heavy and fall over and die off.
Since I am in zone 8a I could separate them in late fall? They are much too close together although they are blooming great.
What zone are you? Thanks for the tour. Beautiful 😀
Am I missing the links? Don’t see them……
This is the heart, personified. Thank you for sharing 💕🌿
Could you share where you get some of your bunny statues? I love your beautiful garden style! It’s so refreshing!
This is gorgeous. Where did you get the stakes, for your dahlias?
Beautiful ♡♡
Absolutely beautiful 🌹❤️
Hi Laura! Do you have any info on the "butterfly garden" that you have? If I remember from Instagram, it wasn't necessarily intentional. I like the cover and setup. 🙂
Your garden is just gorgeous.
It's gorgeous!
At 14:30 you have a sea shell shaped planter. Where did you get it from? I have been looking for something like that forever 😍
I just discovered your channel! I'm hooked now. I live in Zone 7a in the Panhandle of Texas in a city called Amarillo. So, yes! You did pronounce it correctly. Thank you for a beautiful tour!
I love your bird house. ! Can you post the link please. Love watching you every day !!
I am loving and vegging out on your videos, pun intended. I was just about to ask you if you knew about the Eugenia plant and whether it had to come indoors in the winter and Bam there you are talking about it. I purchased mine recently at Costco and I thought it was a boxwood and would be able to stay Outdoors. I'm in zone 6B. I'm so bummed now. Has anyone been successful at keeping these outside during the winter? I did Google and it sounds similar to the boxwood as far as the temperature.? You have a beautiful place. I enjoy watching Linda Vater as well, but I like the mix of flowers vs plants that you have in your garden it makes it more special to me.
There s nothing better than nature and it s beautiful music. Great job on your garden .
Your garden is absolutely beautiful!!!
Do you get snakes in your garden?
I love your garden!!! Just found you here and really enjoyed your garden with you! Wish I could have one as beautiful as you have ❤️❤️
