Wow so sorry. But thankful Patch is back. I used to have a beautiful cat come visit my house. His name was Hub. He had a collar and tags. He belong to an elderly couple. He was very sweet and very big. I’m not a cat owner. I have dogs. I used to drive Hub home. His home was 3 or 4 miles down the road. He would cut through the woods to my house.
You are a great kitty-mum! My cat Juju disappeared in April of 2019 and I thought he was gone forever. Then his picture appeared on Nextdoor a year later!!! He had somehow made his way to the park by the river and made his place in a cat community there. It took him a couple of days to acclimate to being home again and now he will only look for affection from me. Miracles happen!!!
Im glad she’s ok. I was worried that she had been hit by a car. Maybe the other cats pick on her because she’s a bit….different? Poor girl.
So glad Patch is back. I had hopes she would be back.
Wonderful! She is home : ) If she is a good hunter, she could protect your seeds and such from inside. Or find her another good home. Your neighbor would be happy. It is obvious she isn't welcome there with that bad boy clawing on her. Continued blessings Kaye and I'm praying for you. We love our pets for sure.
Yay!! Patch came home💗😽
So happy she returned, Kaye. Grateful.
So my daughters has a feral cat that has come in her house before because all the babies are from that feral cat and whenever she got out and would be out there she would pick up other scents and then that would happen the cats would be aggressive and hiss at each other and fight so my daughter says that you have to give her a bath and to get all those scents off of her and then they will accept her easily so glad that she is back
Patch had an independent adventurous spirit! She'll want to take long walks again.
I think BJ was likely getting his 'playa' on and cat wasn't having it. Please tell me you didn't have Barry White playing on the CD box. Lol
I had a kitty in the 90s called patchy.have one now called kiwi.glad she's back
They’ll get used to each other again. I remember some years ago a researcher put a camera on his cat’s collar just to see where she went. He discovered that “his” cat had about five other families that she routinely made rounds of over a week, as well as several one-off feedings. She’d be let into houses, they’d feed her, each family had their own name for her, the kids would play with her. Overall, she divided her time pretty evenly between them
Valerian root perhaps
So happy she's home! And your hair looks great! You are a very sweet person Kaye!

So glad she is back ❤
Separate her. She is traumatized, and they sense it. Male cats don't usually fight with female cats female cats often fight with other females. Sometimes territorial fighing will happen. Why would she want to stay where other cats are fighting with her. Also look up displaced aggression in cats. She may not be the one with displaced aggression
😻😻😻😻😻
You did a good job. You are a wonderful Kitty Mom to your bunch. Yes, buy a soft cat carrier you can pick up and carry yourself. Hard to walk uphill with uncooperative cat in your arms. You had to watch for the oncoming car and maybe go into a shallow ditch at the side of the road. Whew! Glad everyone is re-united. Yes, bird feeding attracts cats (I have visiting cats here pretty often from all over the street and next street over that are someone's pet or semi-feral).
It looks like you are in a predicament with your outdoor cat. It's so hard when animals don't get along and you want them all to be safe. You are a good cat mama!
I’m so relieved!! My cats used to stay gone for a couple of days, and I was worried sick. Then they would pop up!! ♥️🙏🏼♥️
This is not meant to stress you God knows you have your hands full. My mother’s dog a Maltese and my brother’s dog a Shih Tzu/Lhasa Apso mix did not get along well with each other. My mother and brother insisted the dogs should get used to each other. Sadly my brother’s dog lost an eye because of it. It happened very quickly during diner the two were under the dining table and before anyone could intervene it was too late. Patch is alone to defend herself during the night my reason for my comment. Hope you find a solution soon. God Bless.
So glad you found her. It's so stressful when you have a cat outside. They catch mice and inturn they get worms. Then here in N.Y they also get fleas and ticks. So you constantly have to worm them every 3 months and once a month put flea and tick stuff on them. And then worry about the cold winters which you possibly can not leave them out in 5 degree weather. I have a cat now that was sleeping on my front door mat all summer. And one night my husband that was still up heard banging on the front door 1:30 in the morning. The cat was out their swating at a racoon. So that was it the cat now is inside.
Hello again kaye love the cat came back case sos cat,,,,,, day,,,,,,, 👍😁🤓 ur hair is lovely you see ur hair looks very nice am glad you didn't cut it very short,,,,,,,,, you see you still have that 👸cinderalla 👸beauty,,,,,,,,, 👍😁👸❤️💋👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 great show have a great day,,,,,,,
So glad Patch is back home where she belongs.
❤❤❤❤❤
She may need to stay in the main house but still can go outside everyday.
I'm very glad she is home. I saw that you said they was spayed and neutered as soon as you could. I have done this with all my children's cat through the years.
I do recall I had two males even tho they was both spayed before completely developing male parts and they was littermates as well. One liked coming and going inside, the other completely loved outside didn't like being inside not even for 5 mins. They had opposite personalities and very aggressive toward each other. It was like this for over 8 yrs. They stayed away from each other but the oldest would come & go inside for over 14 yrs. One day the youngest didn't come home and we couldn't find him.
Thankful for the happy ending!
So happy for you😸
Oh sooo happy to hear she's back home🙏😊
Dear Kaye…It will sort out…I have a (now elderly) female kitty who came to my yard as a wild thing. We made friends and she stayed, mostly in the yard. Then, she started to come inside for visits but still live outside. Eventually I said I can't take it (and because I live on a very busy street) I said "Kitty Girl, you are coming in to stay" she took right to the litter box and after a couple of days it was like she had always been inside. I am very glad your Patch was found in good shape.
My indoor/outdoor cat of 8yrs did the same thing. She was half feral when we got her at 9mos old so besides us, she wasn't much on people especially little people. After the 2nd child came along.. she decided to move in 2 houses down from us. I thought i had lost her until i saw her one day walking with the elderly neighbor lady outbin her garden! She had been gone for almost a month. Had a new name and everything. I couldnt believe it. Haha And I could see her utter disappointment when i brought her back home. 😅
YAY 🎉🎉🎉🎉
So happy for you !!
You may need her as your indoor cat to help with mice.🙌🏼
Our animals are our family. But sometimes you have to put them in God’s hands. We’ll keep praying for you all…❤
So thankful you found her!🥰
Oh my, what an experience! I wonder if some predator chased her and she got disoriented. Thank goodness your neighbor told you they'd seen her. There are herbal products that may calm them all down…she might smell "foreign" to her siblings right now. A TNR group dropped a bunch of kittens in the woods next to my house and I have been a wreck trying to befriend and feed them. They are disappearing one by one and its breaking my heart. Only one is friendly, and he is sleeping in my shed because I have 2 dogs and 2 grumpy cats that won't let him come in. Heaven help us all!
glad she is back. everything will work out with her and the other kitties. she's back so they have to show out a little lol
Sooo happy to see Patch back! I was thinking of him last few days. Praise be to the Lord for keeping him safe. And I’m very glad you found Patch, your mind can rest from worries. God bless you & your household!
Kittens.. maybe expect some kitten in a short while.. 20 months or so.
Kaye Wow what a story about Patch! I think Patch is confused. Most have either or but it sounds like you have both. On days or nights they aren't allowed to come in they feel abandoned. Their survival instincts kick in and they end up becoming feral. Just my thoughts and opinion (if it was me) I would keep them all in. They are way way too beautiful specimens of kitties. If they fight then…you might have to surrender Patch or sell him to a good home. About the political stuff…you can write or protest all you want. Polyticians are ALL IN ON IT. They are Masons.
