  1. A few years ago, I started growing an herb garden out on the back porch, and it's the easiest thing ever. We have about six really big pots and just buy every herb we can find to stuff into them on Mother's Day (that's how I know it's time to buy plants) and they've always worked out, and we've also learned how to make a bunch of dishes from all the herbs we use now.

  2. Your garden is looking awesome, way to go! I'm sad we never got to say goodbye before you left, but I guess we're both just super busy ladies. Still, I'm so glad to have met you and am happy you're enjoying being back in New York!

  3. Greetings I just discovered your YOUTUBE page this evening –I actually had thought about moving to Denver CO from Oaksterdam CA –after watching you two basically running back to NYC –I am now at a loss and am back to square one –thanks for creating this great page!

  4. Some sad & sympathetic news to share here: My granny passed away in Brooklyn, New York six years ago. I still miss her so much, especially my elderly member in my immediate family. She has lived to be ninety-four years.

  5. You are more prepared for the apocalypse than most, time did tell! How do you manage supplies like big bags of dirt while living in the city? I am tempted to start a garden in my apartment backyard on the sly
