With that last house I am trying to figure out how the next door neighbour, with no financial interest in the property, is able to have in place, never mind enforce, a Restrictive Covenant on the Title Deed of the property. The Covenant limits the use of the property, thereby reducing its value. Seems to me the current owner should be able to remove the Covenant if they want to.
