I save my recommendations for trees, palms and accents for another future video, since video is already long- over 30 minutes. We hope you find value in this information. 1. Hey Michael,Great video! I recognize both nursery’s,I love them both. I was wondering if you had a website I could visit. I’m looking for some help updating my yard in Weston.

  2. I want you to know I started many videos about Florida zone 9b plants…yours is the only one worth watching the whole program. I just moved into my last home! I want to design a garden that can become my refuse after work. I have inherited several plants with the house…that the realtor gathered and planted haphazardly. She admitted most of what she planted were ate by the wild rabbits. There are several climbers and some plants I am unsure of. Thank you for this video. I am really looking forward to seeing all your videos!

  3. It's the end of February 2021 in south FL. They are outside in the windy garden and the 8 yr old kid is wearing a mask. Sounds like dad is not. WTF?

  4. Hi Michael, I just came upon you channel and I am new to South Florida. Do you have any ideas for plants that will do well in containers. I don’t have a large space but would love to add ‘color’ to my containers around my property. Thank you

  5. Would be interested to know what cut flowers would grow well in these zones -besides the typical tropical flowers like heliconia, etc.

  6. What a wondrefull and informative video! Love the way you are teaching little Mickel the love for plants , he will be an amazing gardener.

  7. It’s probably far too late to ask this question but where can I find a list from the first section, the flowering plants? I recently relocated to the Clearwater area after spending my whole life in Key West and I have the space and time to garden now and I am particularly interested in flowering species. I am actually familiar with all of the plants that you showed but I have not tried to grow most of them as in Key West they were already there! If you see this thank you in advance, also if it’s here right in front of me and I don’t see it I apologize as I am fairly new to YouTube. I subscribed and I’m looking forward to looking through your content. Thanks again 😊
P.S. wonderful to see you teaching your nephew by example. I did the same with my daughters but my grandsons are heavy duty into sports and video games 🤷🏻‍♀️

  8. Just found your channel. So informative. I have to have a look around your channel. We just purchased a new construction home and the soil is very sandy. Can we plant in that? Or do we have to replace it with soil. I have experience this and I’m new to gardening. Thanks

  9. Hi Michael, I would like to know which nursery this is, it looks like the have an abundant array of plants here. I am located in Broward also.

  10. This is the best south Florida plant video I’ve ever watched! Super informative and beats the 10 trips I’ve made to the botanical garden in terms of knowing the plant name and how it grows. This is super helpful for me to decide on my new landscaping! Ty Ty Ty!

  11. Buganvillas are wonderful but we live next to a canal and the iguanas/lizards eat them !!!!!! How can I get them to stop eating the tender leaves and branches ?
