  1. Try Bartelli cherry tomato. HUGE trusses, over 70 Tom's on the trusses, and the flavour is wonderful. I grow mine outdoors in Derbyshire. They are a fantastic tomato

  2. I bought my black cherry seeds again and I thought I spotted a new black cherry one, called different, have to check, looked different, but when they came in the seedpackets have the same picture, just more cropped, like we don't notice 😉 those were chocolate cherry, I love black cherry usually got them from Seedparade in the UK but now nolonger part of the EU I am worried about ordering

  3. I know it's kind of silly but gives me great pleasure before the spring rush looking around the plot and seeing all the winter maintenance and bed preparation completed so i can give the new season seed sowing and potting on my full attention

  4. hi tony, tried a new tomato called Pink Tiger its a small italian type, very sweet, got it from Vital Seeds. Highly recommend it.

  5. Hi Tony, I love this time of Year, tidying up, planning for the next season too. When you get all your Winter jobs done & no rushing around, just reflecting on the past season & hope the next one will be even better. Thanks for sharing and take care 🙂

  6. Hi Tony, I split and moved my rhubarb last week. I threw the rhubarb stems on the compost heap because I once "learned" that you can't eat rhubarb from July. But I still see great rhubarb stalks with you. What do you think about that? Is that still possible or not? Or do you use them in a dish or dessert? Greetings from the Netherlands. 👩‍🌾

  7. Great video Tony.

You’re right, there’s something nice about this time of year at the allotment. Still decent enough weather to be getting on with things but without the mad rush of spring and summer.

  8. I had an amazing year with tomatoes. Taking the last ones out on Thursday, winter veg time
