can you add a bag to the center, for a total of 6 bags?
Nice example of the Larry Hall method
I’m assuming before you put soil in the bag you remove any bottom insert the bag has. Our Walmart didn’t have those bags anymore. The ones I bought have a removable bottom.
Thanks for your videos. I’m going to try this.
Can you get questions answered here? If it rains like the rain forest for days and days and days, is it bad for the plants?
I love this idea but I am curious as to the safety (chemical wise) of the blue reusable bags. I am concerned that the dye and other products used in the bags are food safe.
For newbs, separate compost bin for anything sprayed with poison. That’s why she says refuse bin not compost.
wow now i know the beautiful face behind that lovely voice. Hey Hey Hey

Them kiddie pools is a game changer. I have 7 of them
How do you support your tomato plants in the pools? I totally love your set up, because we have major fire ants problems where we live. This will work Great!!! You rock with this set up!!! Thank you. 😊😊😊 Sharon in SC
Use tule fabric to keep bugs ,critters , and birds off
What is your watering schedule?
Bless you for sharing your idea young lady. I am wheelchair reliant, so this is an awesome way for me to garden again. I have missed it. 😊 Bless you! 😘
Uhm, throw away those weeds that ya used weed killer on. Can’t add that to anything…

I have been doing this for over 20 tears. It started when I bought shrubs and had nowhere to put them and they kept drying out. I drilled overflow holes. Then I realized I could use these for the abundance of salad green and or kale that I need. I works great but I mostly put in Perpetual spinach that overwinters and comes back every years. This saves time and energy. This is a very nice video just shows 2 different to utilize Kiddie poosl of all things. Thanks for another perspective.
Per Research, The main type of plastic you will want to be aware of is Polyvinyl Chloride, or PVC. This is a common material in kiddie pools and also, unfortunately, a toxic one. Its chemical additives include phthalates, cadmium, lead, and other things that are potentially harmful to your child's health. It is not Food Safe! Good Luck…
People thought I was crazy 20 plus years ago for growing in pools, boats and other containers. Now it's a "thing".
My Daddy has grown in "containers" for even longer.
I saw all these awesome ideas. Then said, let me subscribe and send this to my granddaughter. I noticed I was already a subscriber 😲. I looked at the name for this provider. "She so craftDee" Hmmm🤔🤭 This just says to me, stop assuming stuff. You know what that says🤫😊.. Great video. Therw is no way I would have thought to do any of this. But I never stop learning. And you've taught me something new today😍😉
Brilliant 🤟🏽🔥
Love your gardening tips a ND advice 👌
Would you need to cut holes in the bags?
This is my third year using kiddie pool planters..just want to mention they are so brittle by now I'm sure this will be the last year..but they have worked excellent for the price..the only thing cheaper is to actually use the plastic bags the soil comes in…just lay the bag of soil on the ground and cut out a rectangle and insert seeds..I want to mention the bags have lasted better than the pool..lol..I'm going to refill my old bags the year! I do plant directly into my pools..and I use a shower chair to work my garden because I have back problems…and 71 yrs old…also planting anything on a vine use string from each plant going to a stick of some kind in the middle..like a circus tent…
Hello, First, this is an amazing series. It made me want to garden, so we are planning away getting ready to start. 🙂 I was wondering have you tried planting potatoes in these bags? If so, how many did you plant?
Hi. Thank you so much for this video series, you've no idea how much this is helping me to set up my garden in 2022. I was wondering about some sizes. Are your pools the 3 or 5 foot ones? Also, I can't find the walmart bags (ikr!) I've no idea how big they are. I do have some regular size Aldi bags, but not sure is the size is comparable to the walmart bags, I want to grow the patio tomatos and the yellow cherry. I also have some never used sand bags that I believe would be 3 gal. They are much taller but I was told to roll them down. I'm sure I can plant pepper plants and potatos, but not tomatoes.
Thanks for your help.
You are gorgeous Dee, I think this is the first time I've actually seen you and am not just listening to you!!!
😀Very clever.
Do you have a shopping list for this project and round about prices???
Great job on the video. So I need to get a 1 inch drill bit? t seems that each pool has lots of holes or is it one drain hole per pool?
You can get kiddie pools at Walmart end of season for $1.00 ea. I bought several!
