  1. I'm trying to grow in a $1 buckets.
Even at the cheap store buying a lot of plastic pots to start off adds up to a lot.
I have a few little plants in plastic pots and I'm always looking for budget advice for my little container garden.

  2. You are the best. I am so inspired to start my first veggie garden in my small apartment yard. Thank you so much! Such great encouragement

  3. This was such a great video so informative. I just love your enthusiasm and how you inspire so many of us viewers. Thank you Robbie for sharing your knowledge on gardening and so much more. Hugs from your dedicated viewer in lower bucks county Pennsylvania. 🙂👍🐾🐾🦎🥬🍅♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️🙏

  4. Do we live in Colorado and in winter we get snow. To store kitchen scraps outside where it freezes, do I want holes in buckets for scraps, lid or cover? Help? I’ve watched a lot of your videos but you are in a sunny state.

  5. I tried to purchase totes from dollar general, but there was no number in the recycle triangle. Are they safe to grow in? They are made in USA. Thanks for the information you put out for us!

  6. I'm using a combination of cardboard for no dig and organic hay as mulch for my beds this year. I checked on my peas and those babies have sprouted so they are happy even though we've had some super cold weather. My lettuce that I let go to seed last fall came back, voluntarily and so did my kale!!! The kale is big enough to eat! Yay! ❤️ I can't wait to make a solar fountain. Thank you so much for common sense ideas and for the advice to pace ourselves!! 🎉🙌❤️

  7. Thank you Robbie for showing us your early morning routine. My cat Ally wakes me up and we go out into the garden and she sits on my knee while I have my coffee. Best time of the day admiring my garden and working out my projects for the day whilst sharing cuddles with my cat.

  8. Absolutely love y’all’s channel! 🌱🌞 I am starting my first tote today and am so excited to see how it goes. Much love from Georgia

  9. 7:45 Good info on which recycle codes are what, and which are food grade. 👍

Good tip on totes too … ive been using 5 gal white polypro pails for tomatoes, and theyre prone to knockdown if winds are 10mph+

16:34 Wow, that is one heck of a retainer wall.

  10. I was just thinking that you can also keep totes closer to your home like a porch,so if you're handicapped it would be a great idea. 👍I am going plant zucchini it totes this weekend because of your ideas. Thanks

  11. I drink bottled water by Body Armor…it has a 1 on it but it's made from recycled plastic….I assume it's ok to recycle since it had water in it to start with….

  12. Thanks for explaining the types of plastic. And keeping your gardening tools & bins cheap. I have a multihandicap son and was looking at the bed pans you get when in hospital. Most of the one's I have are PP5 and I figured it would be good to grow onions.
