Borage also has a natural ability to cool you down. You can freeze the blooms with water in an ice tray and it makes the most beautiful ice in drinks.

I wanted to pass on a YouTube channel that you might really like called Homegrown Herbalist.
He’s a veterinarian and Homeopath for humans too. He has so much experience using herbs in his vet practice and with human clients too. He also has an herb school and sells tinctures and other herbal remedies or simples. Don’t let that put you off as he’s just about financial gain. He seems like a great guy and is quite humorous also.
I have been using herbs for years but he makes in-depth videos and answers questions in his live videos that are recorded.
