Hi friends! Drop your ingredients you want me to tackle next!
I love pumpkins!!!I love everything pumpkin!
👍🏽🤓👍🏽 Informative ! Thank you !
Really enjoyed this. I have always wanted to tackle a pumpkin and use all the parts. Watching you has given me courage to try.
Is kombocha squash I think it is call done the same way. Some one gave me a taste of one one year. I then fell in love with trying winter squash. Have only tried on own butternut and acorn.
OK, who's responsible for the pun in the title? [narrows eyes] I hate "pumpkin spice everything," but love actual pumpkins for savory and sweet things (and pumpkin spice where sensible!). This is a very useful guide, so thanks for posting : )
Oh my gourd! 🎃
I personally highly recommend not washing your pumpkin seeds. We remove large clumps and strings but do not wash them because it gives them more flavor. Just my opinion…
Pumpkin pie spice on the pumpkin seeds sounds delicious! We typically do a simpler, savory version and toss them and cook them in a mixture of vegan butter and oil, salt them and sometimes add garlic powder.
Hi. A couple of days ago I left a comment on your site to get help with the sheet pan high protein pancakes that was featured on Nard Dog’s Channel. When you get a chance can you give me a reply? Thanks!
'BETO' carotene 🙂 💙💙💙
Great information and advice. I’d like a good recipe for a pumpkin pie
You are awesome!!! You inspire me everyday to think differently as a vegan and to make good wholesome meals out of simple and varietal ingredients. Thank you!
Looks so good! I'll take 4.
Love that you said to throw the stringy part outside. Friends learned the hard way to never ever put it in a garbage disposal. My mom roasted large pumpkins whole, after scooping out stringy bits and seeds, filled it with a ground beef mixture. Thinking about different plant based mixes I can make to recreate. By the way, the stem is the vine and the bottom is the blossom end. Great video!
Really great info. Thanks so much.
I grow squash and pumpkins and I fry up and eat the leaves all summer.
Love pumpkins forever
This was a great video. Thank you so much. 💙
Very interesting. This came at the right time! I have a pumpkin chili recipe.
I grew up thinking we couldn't eat jack-o-lantern pumpkins… thanks for explaining why… learned something new today🤗
Very informative and enjoyable class! Keep them coming.
I feel like washing it with soap when you plan on cooking them with their skins on is not only excessive, but also could make someone sick by consuming the soap.. I say, give it a good wash with water or even a wipe down with a rag, just to remove any physical debris. If you're cooking it, then the sustained heat will kill anything that would kill you.
What Are The Best Vegan Meals That Make You Full For A Long Time (Aside From Quinoa And Forbidden Black Rice)?
In my country they only import carving pumpkins no fresh ones around here 🙁 and no canned pumpkin puree… Can I use a carving one for pumpkin pie?
