Great video! I'm glad you mentioned carrots. I was wondering if they would be too long for containers, but I guess I'm just used to the super sized ones from the grocery store.
Thanks for the info! Will you be growing onions this year and if so, do you have tips and can you make a video? Iām having problems finding intermediate onions for our area besides wala wala (which they say does well here, but isnāt an intermediate). Because Iām on 1/4 acre and have dogs (one destroyed my garden last year), Iām growing in containers on my deck, so container gardening tips are definitely helpful. I know that there are a lot of things you can grow in containers even things like potatoes, cucumbers, and tomatoes. I would also love any tips (especially for the summer heat and humidity) that are geared towards northern Virginia gardeners specifically. Thanks again!

As someone living in DC, this video is so helpful! Especially talking about varieties, pot sizes, and soils. Thank you so much!!
What type of soil do you add to the compost? Garden soil or potting soil?

I'm also in NOVA and have struggled with growing blueberries in containers. Any suggestions are appreciated!
