Have I got a beauty for you today! This property is owned by one of my long term regular customers, and it has pretty much been like this since I started over 4 years ago. I’m reasonably confident that the owner is a single mother with 4 or 5 fully grown adult children and 2 dogs all living together, and the garden is just too difficult for her to maintain. Since I was looking for some content, I thought it would be nice to help her out and do a full yard makeover. The job will be done over numerous videos, as it is a large property. This section to us around 3 hours, with one trailer load full of rubbish and green waste, plus a dead kangaroo!
Workers on this job: George (long pants) & Brent (shorts).

FAQ’s:
Q: Do you worry about snakes?
A: I have never even seen a snake in 4 years on the job.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are from Hobart, Tasmania, Australia ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฆ.
Q: Which equipment do you use?
A: We use mostly STIHL power equipment (battery and petrol) and commercial Honda self-propelled mowers.
Q: How much do the jobs cost?
A: Sorry, I prefer not to talk about costs!
Q: What happened to Nick?
A: Nick was offered a full-time position at his other job as a Political admin!
Q: Why don’t you use tarps instead of cans?
A: Tarps are too difficult to move through small spaces and lift into the trailer. The same for wheelbarrows, they are only good for unloading the trailer!
Q: Why are the hot water cylinders outside?
A: I’m not really sure to be honest, maybe something to do with space & maintenance, but either way, it really is poor heat efficiency!
Q: Why are you cutting so close to your employee!
A: I’m not cutting too close to my workers, they are standing too close to where I am working! All of my workers have been told numerous times about standing too close to the tools and about the hazards involved!
Q: Why do your workers do all the lifting and carrying?
A: Basically, they are employed to carry things and I pay them well to do the job required.
Q: You work so well together, how do you do it?
A: That’s the magic of editing. My workers are basically given instructions on what to do, I just edit it all out, so the videos look seamless!
Restoration, Transformation, Garden, DIY.

Makes me miss the days when I was able to have a beautiful yard with flower beds & a garden. Health worsened, so I had to hire a kid, (who unfortunately mowed off my beautiful rose bush , as well as all my lovely lilly plants. (And was greatly overcharged). Every time I look out the windows now,
I just wanta cry.
Nice to see someone knows what they're doing…even if you are clear across the globe.

Why did you cut those plants by the steps?
Perfectly good chairs that probably belong in the house and some nice pottery pots to keep.
Wow, Beautiful Upload friend. keep it up. Thank you for sharing this to us. Greetings from Korea
Amazing job as always!
Aren't you worried about snakes and creepy crawlies when you're reaching into these over grown landscapes!!! Even tho I notice you all wear gloves. I mean bare legs and arms???
If someone can have an party then someone is capable of picking up garbage atleast
When are you going to post the rest of the job? Did you post it and I missed it?
I subscribed, you had me at the dead kangarooโฆโฆ
Labs are so sweet!
Perfeito!
They picked up those people's laziness piece by piece. Great job guys!
What a dramatic change! ๐
How did the poor little critter die? Hope not from poison๐ฌ
Just needed a lot of TLC! ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ
Was that a dead joey
They don't seem to be hurting in the pocket book. Seems to me if they have the gardeners for the front, they could have paid them for the back. Bless their hearts, these gardeners looked like they were fighting for their lives!
Beautiful ! ๐

I once found a racoon that had died in my yard and the funk was insane. I can't even imagine something as big as a kangaroo! But being from the States any kangaroo would be quite a spectacle, dead or alive. That would be comparable to finding a dead black bear, I think. They do love to come into back yards here quite often. Anyway, great job. Clean up looks fabulous!
Great job God Bless yโall!๐๐๐บ๐ธ๐๐๐บ๐ธ๐ฆ
Oh my goodness! A dead kangaroo! Isn't this in a city? Where do the wild kangaroo come from?

Top job..
I wonder what happened, it looks like they once loved to garden. I am just starting a garden so far it's taken a year just to get a few small plants growing.
I was going to say something rather rude over this make over but if truth be told it does look more defined now, except for the lack of garden now. you took the agapanthus out but you didn't replace it with a less invasive plant that still has some kind of flower on it. you could have at least put some sod down, where the home owner had a raised bed of sorts. People usually leave their garden over grown like that for a reason. Maybe they got sick or maybe they have been away taking care of someone who is sick, a loss of a job a death in the family there is always a reason. Maybe they got busy with work or maybe they travel a lot Or they are just too damned lazy to do anything with it or maybe they just liked it the way it was or they got over whelmed with it. I have tended my garden for 12 years In 2019 i lost my mother in Feb and then my father in Dec. I was away for a few weeks with my mum and when my father got sick i was there from November just after my second grand daughter was born till the first week in Feb in 2020, Just before the pandemic gripped the world. I live in Canada and i couldn't do anything to my yard till spring of 2020 I got sick 12 years ago and almost lost my life, so i didn't get to my garden then either we have snow on the ground here in Canada depending on how far north you live so getting the garden done is my last priority due to frost bite. But at the end of summer i cut every thing back to ground level and then i cover it with Mulch to protect the garden till the spring and summer when things start coming back to life. I love watching these type of channels but this one left me with the thought is there going to be a part 2 when they put in plants that don't need a lot of maintenance. Gardening should be fun not a chore and the fact is not everyone is a gardener if everyone was there would be a lot of lawn and gardening people out of work. I think these channels are great because it takes the overgrown to a new lease on life till it becomes over grown again. I love seeing the transformations of the garden spaces. from over grown to brand new again.
Pobres Agapantos en flor!!! Por quรฉ los sacaste? Ahora es pura piedra ese sector.
Pretty nice going there! So keen to detail. Not lazy half- 'azzed' like alot of other companies
