    Defo get onto your council regarding the Japanese Knotweed. If they own the land they are duty bound the deal with it, especially close to properties. Impressed with your plant knowledge. You defo want a suitably qualified engineer on board and check you insurance covers major building work.

    This day and age you have to make the most of the space you have an i love the ideas as long as you have the confidence and planning for the retaining structure…love it and if you let me stay in your bar ill help you out mate….you probably need a mini digger

    Sounds like a great project. You should check Colin Furze's channel for inspiration. Hes built an underground bunker in his garden and then an insane tunnel to link it to his house and shed.

    The area around your house needs some serious TLC, is nobody around there proud of where they live, should all get together and have a clean up.
    We will all need a bunker soon anyway 😂

    Completely unrelated to this, I just wanted to let you know that I went ahead and put together a playlist of all your hot food videos. Well at least all the ones I could find. I also categorized the videos depending on what kind of food it is. I made the playlist for myself personally, but just thought I’d share it incase anyone else is interested.

    Someone has already mentioned, but I would be tempted to procure half a shipping container and earth it up around you. You could then use the top of the shipping container as a patio area. Or, I would be tempted to ask the Council if they were prepared to sell you some of the land directly behind your wall and then extend through so you'll have a garden that will catch the sunshine.

    I would get rid of the earth and rubble piled up at the back as a priority. It's very heavy and will damage the back wall. Not sure that a bunker is better than creating a nice patio style garden area with strong walls around it and a bar/shed at the back. Sad what is going on behind the garden. But that is what happens when local authorities have no money. Its a lovely location and a bit of TLC from the community would go a long way to improving it. I will follow your progress with much interest.

    Wow, that’s an interesting idea!!! Looks like it will cost quite a bit, but a great idea!!! Please be safe working with all that earth and those bricks! Will you have a professional operator bull doze the area out? I hope it will be a success!!! And mostly no one injured… :0)

    No disrespect but after watching a certain youtuber names Colinfurze and how talented he was in building and creating his masterpiece, without that technical knowledge I would stick to beer and food reviews.
