Hey everyone! I had a busy day outside and around the house today. It was nice having an extra day off and I spent it trying to get ready to plant all my little seedlings I have started. I also got to break my fast and I am 10 pounds down after the 2.5 days. Hopefully it keeps moving a bit!

  1. When I saw all the rocks, the first thought was raised beds! great minds think alike! Lol! i am just finishing up a staycation. today is day 7 of my 9 days off. it's been nice to detox from work. my weight is fluctuating back down again. trying to get in more exercise. have a great weekend!

  2. you got in some good vitamin D. raised beds good idea. My daughter keeps asking me to do a garden. Between overtime and day to days it's not easy. It's a good thing to take up and it's a good life lesson for everyone to know. Just to give you some update on my end I went to doctors for physical. All blood work came back pin point perfect his words not mine. He was so happy with even the weight. 50 lbs down in 72 days. KETO ROCKS!!!! I just made the pickled eggs 4 days ago from the easter eggs going to try them today. Keto on brother

  5. It's about one month that I'm eating just once a day. I eat one big salad (maybe 20 g carb) about 25, 30 g of proteins and more in fat till I'm satisfied. I lost weight ok and sometime it's not easy to resist but I do continue. I'm just afraid that I eat too little. I'm afraid that my good intention to force myself to eat that few calories could be not healthy for my body.
