Hi, it would be great if you had a video showing how to start this plant from seed? Soil consistency, time to germination, seed spacing and so on. Also… showing it in place somewhere, rather than holding a container? So people could see the best setting(s) for this ground cover? Thanks for posting this… very little video available about Sagina subulata :{ You did a great job introducing it!
IT would also be helpful is you added which ag zones it can survive in? Example… zones 4-7?
I KNOW WHERE SCOTLAND IS! Thank for showing me (sarcasm)
My friend gave me some irish moss that was growing off the sides of her plant. I was wondering if I just lay it on soil will it start growing like that OR is there away to do this? I want it to grow but I don't know how to exactly do this. Could you tell me what I should do with this Irish Moss I have please & thank you
Hi will this sagina grow well in terrariums with 80-90% himidity? I have orchid mix with extra coco soil & spag moss > PRASAP in middle of setting up terrar Bought 2 pots of this But concerned that False bottom in terrarium may be too much H20?
Actually this species is native to nearly all of Europe – down to Spain and east to Italy. The Scotch and Irish suffixes are merely romantic.
coooool plants sagina
How fast does it grow
What fertilizer do you use to propagate it? Saludos desde Guatemala
THIS CHANNEL NEVER EVER ANSWERS QUESTIONS… sorry, I was upset just then. Part of the fun of YouTube is channels that answer questions and respond to viewers. Way to insult viewers by ignoring them he-hem, us.

Yo
1/3 of your video was a geography lesson…what a waste of time.
Thank you.
What an utterly useless video.
Can you grow it at home? On the window?
poor volume
I forgot to water for a few days and it dried out pretty good. It is way softer/malleable and looks droopy. It was soo lively, stiff but soft and squishy and green. I just watered it and have it under a full spectrum light
Show the plant not the person in the video. Get better lighting and closeups. I came here to see the plant but see a talking head instead. First rule of any demo video, is DO THE DEMO. The person talking should be heard not seen. Show the plant!
i want use it out doo around the gape between stones on the liner of the pond. will it live or do have to sprey it down every other day to keeep it alive
That is exactly what I was needing to know about planting Irish Moss. Thank you! 🙂
Irish moss and Scotch moss are two completely different species
Omgosh, lady. I knew right away, I know this name.. Listening now. Thank you
I was once an HIV patient, but now I have finally got rid of it with the help of Dr Alaho Olu on YouTube herbal medicine you can also get yourself cured with the help of this same man, his herbal medicine works perfectly, well thanks so much
It heals and protects your thyroid. Yep.
I planted this in a tree circle around an old maple tree in Virginia. It also has portulaca, lemon coral sedum, asparagus fern, coral reef sedum, and red dragon sedum planted around it. Today I had to move the Scottish moss to the north side of the tree. There was another patch of it there anyway. I noticed that side does great. The hole I left, I planted another lemon coral sedum. 🍀🌿🌾🐀🐾
