I would like to see a vid on the actual, specific differences between sweet potatoes and yams and I bet Gary's just the guy for that – though I didn't see that he had yams but I don't like yams and, yet, around here, the two items are sold interchangeably. Even canned sweet potatoes show yams in the list of ingredients.
I love to have pollinators in the garden. I would like to have more detail about Gary's bumble bee log. What diameter is the hole? How many holes does he drill into the log? Could you have a video on how to make it?

Bee log, buckets in kiddie pools, fish traps, dragonfly habitat, tote gardens, WOW! East Texas gardening is a bit more challenging than southern California, but I'm working on building a similar ecosystem. The summer heat is my biggest challenge. I'm hoping the pool/bucket system will help. It's discouraging to go outside during the heat waves, even early in the morning. Thanks to you both!!! I love your passion for this worthwhile hobby.
