    Dress these babies with some lemon juice or vinegar, and you got yourself a real treat. Used to eat this in the summer afternoons when I was a kid.

    Now I've heard that the Jade version of this plant is NOT edible. How do I tell the difference between the two? I have an elephant bush in my yard, but I'm not sure if I should go over and take a bite out of it or not.

    Wow that's amazing. I'm an entrepreneur looking to encourage growth of sustainable desert foods, like this and milky mushrooms from India that have a better heat tolerance than other mushrooms people farm in AZ, as well as a longer shelf life
