I have seen the small bags of soil at both Dollarama and Dollar Tree.

I love fairy gardens…I made one with my 8 yr old granddaughter and she loves it! Ours is outside under a tree and we are always adding to it. You can make little chairs out of limbs from the trees, I want to do another one too.
