  3. I made tomato sauce (for the first time) and it came out runny, watery. I guess I didn’t cook it down enough….idk, but it tasted really good. I can’t complain about that.

  4. What an awesome harvest you have had this year! So sorry about your peanuts and corn but I'm sure you have learned a lot about growing them for next year. I just love the twinkle lights idea around your gardens. Thanks so much for sharing your homestead adventures.

  5. Wondering what will you use the Egyptian Spinach for? I purchased seed just before I saw it in one of your videos… when you featured it,, it was already huge! I thought , my word I will have to start smoothies or juicing again!! Curious how it tastes. I love experimenting and enjoy diversity in my diet.

  6. I would not pull soil around established peanuts. They are not a root crop. They send tendrils from the stem into the soil and peanuts form on those The initial roots just absorb nutrients and water. It is possible that pulling soil up on the stems allowed the fungus to start and it moved down to the roots. I never hill them and they produce well.

  7. Kaye you did very well this season

  8. Love the video. Love the music. You do a great job putting it all together. I look forward to watching. Off to cook our first two ears of fall corn!

  9. Would mulch have helped with the moldy peanuts? Also what are you going to do for your 100k subscribers 🎉. Have a Party

  10. Your neighbor sounds like my uncle! Voice and accent….warms my heart since he passed away last year. He was the best!

  11. You've had so many successes, first ever Canteloup, tons of tomatoes, the beautiful squash, the spinach, the peas, the okra, don't let the corn and peanuts bother you too much. Next year will be better.
