  1. a Million$ Dollar$ to a municipality is a drop in the bucket. check the bank accounts of the Denver Urban Gardens board members, bet they're bustin' out. In Our Modern World there is nothing more sacred than GREEN SPACE. A Community Garden contributes more than any tax revenue from residential properties.
