  2. The fastest-growing plant I have in my yard is Lovage. sometimes a foot in a day. when it starts out in the spring, it can double in size overnight. It has grown 9 feet since it broke ground 2 months ago. Native bees flock to it as well as honeybees. Seeds are similar to Fennel, leaves taste like celery. stems are hollow and can be used as straws or homes for native bees after dried.
