  1. I forgot to add the hardiness temp for Peas which is 28F and Garlic which is 10F. Also, some subscribers pointed out that Brussel Sprouts and Bok Choy is also frost hardy, so the list has grown to 12! Enjoy!

  2. Sugar snap peas are delicious and can eat the pod and all. We grow ours up an old piece of Rio that I lent up against the fence. I used some part dried gum branches to weave in and out on the edges. Topped it off nicely

  3. 1. Cauliflower
    2. Cabbage
    3. Broccoli
    4. Kale
    5. Swiss Chard
    6. Collard Greens
    7. Peas
    8. Carrots
    9. Radish
    10. Garlic

  4. can anyone confirm, I thought diatomaeous earth was really bad for your lungs? anyone else use it? if so how do you minimise risk?

  5. GOD Loved you enough too send His Son JESUS for you and if you will believe in Him and at baptized in THE NAME OF THE FATHER, THE SON and THE HOLY SPIRIT and turn from your sins you will be.

  6. I have a slug problem but I made the mistake of growing a vegie garden next to a shed and a pile of junk. If you start a vegie garden grow it away from any buildings to have minimal slugs.

  7. GOD Loved you enough too send His Son JESUS for you and if you will believe in Him and at baptized in THE NAME OF THE FATHER, THE SON and THE HOLY SPIRIT and turn from your sins you will be

  8. Broccoli even with Snow on the ground???? Let me know… tell all that grow in Snow besides Carrots. What about Pumkins? Squash?

  9. Rosemary Herbs grows all year round. I have a Rosemary plant that I've been growing for years. Thanks for this great info. I will definitely add this to my list

  10. Hey Jag, great video, as always, but can you do me a favour please? Can you put the Centigrade up on the screen whenever you mention Fahrenheit? Nobody outside the USA use Fahrenheit any more, andit makes it so much easier for us non-'muricans to work out what you're saying! Many thanks. 👍👍👍👍👍

  11. I had less problems growing cabbage than I did my summer squash. I've had no problems at all with turnips and collard greens.

  12. For south..out garlic in refridge for 2 months but make sure it is what is knoen as "artichoke kind" doesnt matter if hard or soft.neck..but artichoke..or silver…talk to a real garlic grower that specializes in it.

  13. What? No leek, spinach or turnip?
You were a bit short on radishes, there are many winter varieties such as black radish.

  14. I used been oil on my cabbage, collards and Brussels sprouts seedlings . And they were still devoured by cabbage loopers. What can I use or do to keep them from eating them. I trimmed off the damage leaves and left the little seedling stems . And they start growing again and here comes the moth laying eggs on them.
