  1. Oh how blessed to have such a friend, she worked so hard, yes it's time! I'm waiting another week to plant beans and squash, give me some tips for watermelons and cantaloupe, I dont have good luck with them, Happy Gardening, love ya, xoxoxo

  2. Hey! Thanks for the garden update. Glad we can finally get some things in our gardens now. We missed all the rain we were supposed to get last Saturday too. Your soil looks so much like ours. I wonder how close we are. We are near Red Oak. Looking forward to seeing all you grow this year!

  3. Still a little early for warm season crops up here. The deer already got my cabbage and broccoli, very poor germination on my english peas. I may try and replant but it's getting a little late for them to produce before the heat gets here.

  4. hi there, I'm here. I took a short trip to the Tx.Hill Country. But I'm glad you're putting the seeds in the ground already. Everything looks good. I'm getting my seeds in tomorrow right after I get out of work. So looking forward to it. I have some "on going" seedlings. But I also have tomato plants, peppers, and strawberry plants that are going into pots and the ground. Plus my zucchini and other seeds. lots to do. very excited. I love to watch your videos. God Bless. Bertha

  5. Got hailed on the night before last….. no damage, though. I've got all my seedlings ready to go,but I'm scared of one last freeze. I'm in NE Of Dallas.

  6. I've been impatiently waiting for planting day. My BIL convinced me to wait just a bit longer. Sure enough, hail storm this past week (Frisco was pummeled!) and dipping into the 30's last night & again tonight. Hopeful next weekend the temps will finally even out and I can get my garden going. Already having to stake my tomatoes & winter squash in their pots.
