Enjoy this relaxing tour of the Morikami Japanese Gardens in Delray Beach, Florida. They have 6 different Japanese garden styles so sit back and enjoy these various gardens all set in a sub-tropical climate.
This is a very well maintained Japanese garden and designed by Hoichi Kurisu. He has done a lot of famous gardens throughout North America and often blends traditional Japanese garden aesthetics with his creativity and use of local materials.
It was 95 degrees out with humidity but we really enjoyed strolling throughout the garden. The Cornell Cafe is a must for lunch and the museum has rotating exhibits.

Stunning, although man made, just a thought, what's the name and symbolism of the circular stone "lantern" that's a first for me, thanks. 😍👍
Beautiful garden, and a relaxing & meditative video! I love how the garden is definitely a Japanese garden but using tropical plants, set among tropical clumping bamboo. So my style!! I was wondering where the garden was before reading the description, until the shot with the iguana- in Florida. Thanks for sharing!
Too western, or not Japanese enough. I can see the difference.
