Love the Chinese plant. Never seen that color. I only know the orange ones;)))
Please know, that I no longer use Tropical milkweed. I am switching over to exclusively using native milkweed. This video explains why https://youtu.be/cGQNS7FmhOo
I now leave the aphids alone. From what I've read, they don't hurt the plants nor caterpillars, but they are food for other insects like lady bugs. So I leave the aphids for the other insects. But I use to squish them or spray them with rubbing alcohol.
In the spring I am going to add a milkweed, parsley, dill, raised garden, . I have flowerbeds with milk weeds all around the yard but wanted to make this a feeder bed. Have you ever come up with any kind of structures to keep outside, for the cats to Jay hang from?? I will bring some into my enclosure but thinking I would like to have some stay outside and perhaps I could net over it?
