👍Thank you for sharing. Take care and God Bless, Chris-Raleigh NC
I've got Ankylosing Spondylitis but still work my plot. Tea, paracetamol and chocolate are good for me 🍫🍵👍
Great video! Definitely a subject overlooked by most garden experts. Thank you!
On another note I’ve been watching Midsomer Murders and saw a garden similar to yours on an earlier episode. Has your garden been featured on Midsomer Murders?
Love your channel!
My knees are a problem. I can’t stoop as my left is so painful. I shall try theses knee exercises. Thank you good video as we’re all anxious to start gardening again after a break of non activity.
Don’t know if your aware but your channel is promoted on Google news page.
Great information, thanks! I would love a pair of the garden pants with built-in knee pads, excellent idea. Hopefully I can find them in the U.S. Any ideas on coping with Spring fever…
Great, I see Monty Don struggling getting to get up and down and have been wondering why he hasn't addressed this issue !
This was such a Great video….and yes….I'd probably be in the same idiot line =^)
watching you on Maryland's eastern shore.
I so enjoy your videos. You are very professional & the information you give us is brilliant 😊
Agree with statement about breaking up big tasks into 15 20 minute segments (or whatever works for each individual). It has worked really well for me. Amazed at how much I can get done over the course of the day by switching from task to task, especially when they require different movements. I work slower and pause more often than in the old days but at the end of the day I find I've been able to do so much more than bulling my way clearing brush or prepping a bed for hours and not being able to move for days after. Also slowing down and not worrying as much about the getting everything accomplished "right now" has let me rediscover that childhood joy I had of playing in the dirt and truly enjoying nature.
Excellent great video! I recently started a landscaping job and I'm in a squatting position up on my toes quite often and my knees are juuust starting to feel it now so I will definitely be doing these exercises. Thank you!
Very nice format. Thank you for these tips.🇨🇦
I have a lot of pain during gardening so this is really, really helpful. Thanks for thinking of this.
Knee pads have been helpful while gardening to keep the knee joint warm and provide a little support.
Of course it’s not good if the knee pad is too snug around the leg, like some elastic tube style, and would pinch blood flow in the leg.
EXCELLENT!!! Such GREAT tips!! THANK YOU!
thank you! I hadn't thought of using knee pads or a kneeler. That's very useful
