Katuk is a tropical plant which is very easy to grow from cuttings. It is also a good looking shrub in any garden. It grows vertically as high as 10ft tall.
The leaves and fruits are edible and can be eaten raw. Their leaves can also be cooked in curry or soup.
Katuk is a very nutritious plant; the leaves are full of vitamins and proteins.

Snails eating my sweet leaf any tips?
I just bought two starts. I’m hoping to grow them on the north side of my house in the desert. 🤞🏻🤞🏻
My son and I love eating this stuff.
He’s 9 and got a good giggle at the 3:05 minute mark.
Good Video. Good Tips.
Hi, loved your video. I was worried at first about eating raw, cuz of something I read, but today I laughed at myself, because after weighing my Katuk harvest of Leaves today (you motivated me to cut and propagate them), I weighed them, and the “dangerous “ amount one should eat less of per week (note, not day) is more than FOUR CUPS of leaves packed down! That could never happen the way you were eating them. Only if one were juicing could anyone eat that much. So eat away, we have nothing to worry about lol. It’s so sweet, nutty and delicious! thanks again for this fun video!!
