I germinated peppers from aldi and resprouting the spring onions. Glad got some seeds and fruit trees before the lockdown. Really hoping my lemon tree gives out some fruit 🙂
Hey Papa Craig, hope you're keeping well in all this madness! So good to see you embracing edibles!!! Im growing a load of Habanero 'Bellaforma' this year from saved seed sown in December (Capsicum chinense are slow growing!). You should google the variety, sounds delicious – if you would like I could post you a couple of seedlings; I think the form would look great in your tiny tropical paradise! Let me know 🙂
great video I'v got a fig,, blueberries , gooseberries and grow some veggies must try new ones would love some fruit trees
Hi Craig. Great Vlog as usual. On the subject of edible tropicals I grew Habanero chillies last year. They looked amazing but no- one in our house or extended family could handle their fire! Ive used received my order of passiflora vines, so like you I'm gonna try growing something with tropical appeal but also productive of fruit ( with a bit of luck)
Love your plant of the week. 3 years ago i bought a single Musa Basjoo. I now have 10 or so separate plants from the pups. Both sets of parents have them in pots. My outside plants have been in the ground 2 winters. Mother plant 8-9 foot. So cheap, such a great look. Wholeheartedly recommend. Got me interested in bananas. Chinese lotus banana and tiger banan all survived outside in NE coastal uk. Bubble wrap around the canes only needed. Take it easy Craig. Look forward to seeing how your peppers do. Cheers
