Check out the property tours! In today’s video, we are exploring a 200-acre affordable gated community with the awe-inspiring owner Mr Ebo Acquah, whose journey started as a gardener to now owning one of Ghana’s largest affordable estates. We walk through one of his gated communities where he is currently building 5000+ homes. We also speak with a salesperson, Charles, who talks us through the prices of the various units – 1 bedroom to 4 bedrooms, the purchase process and payment plans.

  1. Yeah it all looks good , impressive & all of that. Yeah- yeah- yeah.
Now, I want to know how many average, working Ghanaians can afford to pay for ANY of those dwellings to have adequate shelter for their individual family needs❓ 🤔
🤌🏿Is the lowest priced ones, even in those in need of humane shelters', where-with-all, to be able to pay for❓❓ 🧐

  2. 1 bedroom 25k dollars 💵… it’s expensive!!! Try to build some flats or apartments and it will be cheaper than 15k which a lot of people can afford.

  3. This guy has vision above all the things he spoke about I love only one thing, the forest I love nature God bless you continue going higher man
