last year i grew basil thai and i noticed that there were no bugs in the soil were i had grew them in also the earth smelled strong of basil i think i might try to make a bug repelent from this plant i was amazed how clean the soil was totally clean of bugs i had grew them in a planter
Thank you! I really appreciate your video!!
Can't wait to plant my strawberries now! đ
You can plant strawberries from seed but it is difficult…I recommend getting 1 or 2 yr old plants from a nursery that sells virus-free stock (so they don't die on you from disease). There are many good online nurseries. Best of luck đ
You just learned an old gardener's trick…should Google "companion planting", to learn what plants grow better when basil grows beside them. đ
is basil thai the same as basil leaf
i had a magazine that told me planting companions and my garden all grew beautifully
Here they say strawberry likes hot sun. In another video they say strawberries like shade. Which one is it?
I got same wild strawberries from a farm and I replanted them in my garden in the city and they grew like crazzy too!!
They're just strawberries, dude. No need for name calling…4th grader
think shes talking about where its to hot or cold. calm down. why did you even comment on it if you didnt like it. i think youre useless. im sure shes helping more people then you ever will
I've grown strawberries in containers indoors in the past.. However, I keep losing the plants over the winter & I'm wondering if I'm losing them because I let them flower/fruit out the yr I get the plants (I'm always impatient to eat fresh berries). I didn't know they'll grow better when crowded. Is it still recommended to remove fruits/ flowers the 1st yr, even if the label doesn't mention it? If I use transplant fert. & establish roots that way can I let it fruit the 1st yr?
and if you use self pollinating you won't need to be the bee right?
I just love this woman, I can stop watching her videos
haa her videos are amazing!!!!!
i bought some strawberry roots from lowes and they didn't have any green on them… does that mean they are bad?

Summary:
Put strawberry plant in pot and let the sun shine on it.
Was it necessary to do a how to video on that?
maybe was bettere if you used a pair of gloves
Now the strawberries are a fruit just like a any other fruit
Please tell me this woman isn't breeding. If she raises children they way she tries to raise plants, it's all gonna end in tears.
throw it in the shower wth it will flood
that is the worst planting job i have ever seen, its a wonder any of your plants survive.
so that was pretty useless. get me get this straight: to grow strawberries, you need to put them in a pot, water them, and make sure they get plenty of sun? wow! i would have never known that had I not watched this video! i was hoping for some details on growing them INDOORS.
Have a question. I bought the vine with no greenery from walmart. It stated on the package that it contained 10 roots, but when I opened it was all connected so I cut it into 10 roots. Did I ruined this by cutting th root into 10 peices? Thanks

Regardless of being delicious, I noticed that strawberry plants are very easy to grow. What are the best techniques for choosing strawberry roots? I will be lucky enough if you could give me some advices on this just to avoid disappointment. Thank you!Â
HELP PLEASE!!! The weather here in TX(Houston particularly) hasn't been very garden friendly. It's somewhat "Bipolar" no pun intended. Well I recently purchased Bonnie plants strawberry. And I've noticed brown spots. How would i prune/take of the leave or stem?
What do I do with my indoor strawberry plants during the winter months? Â Do I keep them growing under lights in my hydroponic setup or give them a rest and if so, how do I rest them?
you re stupid they like space in no that beackeas every year i grow them
Dear Lady, any idea how to solve the pollinating inside? All strawberry experts I told with told: You need insects like bees or do it by yourself by painting brush, otherwise the result will be low (even if self-pollinating sort). But I dont want to keep bees inside the flat…what do you do? Thanks+Rgds! Stefan
someone tell me how many days it takes to grow the fruit
Good luck in the process
Thanks for this!
Get an LED grow light with a range of 2500-3500 kelvin . Place it about 2 feet between the light and canopy of the plant in vegetative stage.
In flowering stage, place 1 foot from the canopy.
Leave the light on for 12 hours.
Hi, strawberry sweetie. What did you say at 0:27 after the root and greenery. Sorry , my chromebook has video sound issues. Thank you if you have time to reply, maybe it isnt that important. I love all the tips.
