I’m back!!! (in Hong Kong that is) I was in China with no access to Instagram. I visited Zhangjiajie, a place that must have inspired the art of bonsai – hundred year old conifers clinging to the slightest of crevices on high cliffs. In relation to house plants, juniper bonsais are NOT suitable long-term indoor plants. They require the temperature fluctuations of day and night, fresh air, and direct sun. If you want them to thrive for the long term, they must be kept outdoors in addition to other care techniques that I am not familiar with #zhangjiajie #bonsai #houseplantjournal #plants #juniper
