The landscape project was initiated by a noted plant collector, the late CV Lazaro. Unfortunately, due to his untimely death, the already stunning garden was rendered unfinished. Nevertheless, the older brother, Mr. Jojo Lazaro, one of the best and respected landscape designers in the Philippines took over the helm in the completion of this grand design and its succeeding beautiful updates which will be featured soon. It is worth mentioning that one of Jojo’s projects was featured in the coffee table book “Tropical Gardens of the Philippines” co-authored by Lily Gamboa O’Boyle and Elizabeth V. Reyes, published by Tuttle Publishing.
