  1. Rhubarb is so popular in Iowa that my local grocery store carries it both fresh and frozen as well as pie! Yum.

  2. My neighbor just planted a rhubarb plant that she got from her friend. She said it’s 20 years old and still going strong! It looks so healthy. I have never eaten or grown rhubarb, but maybe I will add this to my list for next year!

  3. Your videos are so well done. I have tried to grow rhubarb several times but this time I am using seed. This video helps. Thx

  4. It’s good to know a 20" diameter and 20" deep pot is sufficient. My plants are going into pockets of soil nestled within large rocks/boulders. I was wondering how much room each plant required. Thanks!

  5. Please site your resources regarding feeding and fertilizing. I have been reading, and learned the hard way, rhubarb thrive with heavy feeding of organic compost etc. . Experiment with your two, see for yourself.

  6. How do you wrap them for the winter ? I was planning on taking my bucket inside the garage for the winter . I live in Buffalo , so I was told that it might be too cold to leave them outside if they are in a container . Thanks enjoyed the video . Howie
