Miracle grow is really really bad by the way. Never buy it for your indoor plants. It has fungus gnats in it. I'm going to be trying to get 'live soil' this year. Anything with worm castings would be good too. Go organic. It's better for you too.
Oh by the way, about your scotch bonnet (very very hot) is best to take off the buds for the first two weeks after transplanting. After that you can let it flower.
I learned that by chance last year when I happened to look up how to grow peppers. Also, I found out to never buy tomato plants with the flowers on them.
Where is your patio chair and table from?
Beautiful, inspiring and motivating. I have been planning to start gardening for more than a year feeling really overwhelmed but your garden has truly inspired me. Wish me luck as I start my gardening journey this spring in Canada. New subscriber here.🤗
I have seen so many patio garden videos from non brits living in London is this a conspiracy 🤔
If you have a sharp point knife like a steak knife, you can make your own holes in cheap plastic pots. Just apply even firm pressure while turning the knife, it will eventually make a hole because the plastic is relatively soft. You can do that with plastic bottle too if you want cheap pots to start plants in; or a drainage pot to put inside a cover pot. <3
super
Cute garden! I love the pots you use ☺️🪴
Every year I plant herbs on my balcony, but it'd be against the condo rules if I place plants racks, so have to keep the pots low. I bring them in during the winter. Does it get cold where you live.
I hope you do a video when you harvest the potatoes, thanks
Take an electric screw driver or drill and put holes in those gray pots. Those potatoes will need a much bigger pot to thrive and grow. Great garden tour.
How did the carrots and broccoli do in those pots?
I love it inspired me
You can put holes in those plastic pot I did…
Nice
Good job sister girl 😄 thanks so much for sharing
Great video! When you plant something new into your pot make sure to gently loosen up the roots before burying the plant. Also, I’m not sure if you immediately set up your garden once you bought the plants but it’s usually best for the plants to stay in the plastic container you buy them in for 2-4 days. Replanting them on the same day you travel with them can be a huge shock to their system, especially plants that aren’t already healthy! 🙂 Learned this from my Oma! Have fun!!! This is beautiful and inspiring
Love the shelf idea. I don’t have a balcony but I want to grow lots of stuff too
Look at you girl well over 2000 subs ❤️ I’m excited to start gardening but I wasn’t sure if I should living in an apartment
There are round spots on the bottom of the pot you can your pot which doesn't have hole, you can poke it right there if you want to plant in it.
Beautiful
You can catch rainwater from gutters and check out your community garden nearby. Get flowers for beauty, pollination and butterflies. 😀
Does your patio keep bugs all the time and can you sit outside on your patio without bugs
You are sooo beautiful, your eyes and smile are so bright and contagious!!✨❤️
Those pots which you said do not have holes and you decided not to use, you are supposed to hammer out the holes yourself. That's what those circles drawn on the bottom are for 🙂
My Windows 11 Bing wallpaper / screensaver suggested your video. I am so glad it did! You are great. Love your winning smile, too.
How do we keep pests away from the vegetables?
I enjoyed your video. I actually have a garden house that is 8×16. I do container gardening and have thought of doing shelves similar to yours. Currently, I use plastic storage bins that seem to work. I am sure that eventually, the plastic will get brittle and crack but if things go as planned, I will be able to ugrade to something better in the future. 🙂
Amazing work! I want to build a small trough like structure on my balcony, but I have a bit of a conundrum. I want to do a flower garden from it, but I also have a clothes line setup on it. Actually, I have 3 clothes lines. The setup gives me about 40 to 50 feet of clothes line.
