This video I show you how I built a 2 tier step to keep my containers off the ground. I used 11 cinder blocks @ $1.45 each but you could get away with just using 6. I used the extras as planters for strawberries. I also used 4) 2x4s @ 2.86 each. The fabric I already had so total project cost me $27.39
